Trismus is a limitation to opening caused by muscle fibrosis from Radiation Therapy, or due to damaged jaw joints, or scarring/tethering post Head and Neck Surgery. A Trismus Screw is an acrylic screw, we make and provide, to aid you in stretching the jaws and increasing how wide you can open.
